What's New

v1.1.22

The Compliance grid reads your documents

v1.1.222026-08-29

Two new ways cells fill in: one-off e-signed documents now count automatically when their name says what they are ("Advisory Agreement", "Form ADV", "Privacy Policy"), and any uploaded document on a client's Documents tab can be tagged to count toward a compliance column — with a one-click suggestion when the file name makes it obvious. Tagged documents show a "manual" note on the grid, since an upload carries a lighter paper trail than an e-signature record.

Compliance cadences you control, and CSV export

v1.1.212026-08-29

Settings → Organization now has a Compliance cadences card: set how often Form ADV, the privacy policy, the risk questionnaire, and client contact come due — including a fiscal-year-end schedule for ADV delivery — and the Compliance grid updates immediately. The grid also gained an Export CSV button that stamps the cadence settings and as-of date into the file header, so an exported snapshot always says what rules it was computed under.

The Compliance grid

v1.1.202026-08-29

A new Compliance page (under Deliverables) shows every client as a row with their last contact and the delivery status of Form ADV, e-signature consent, the management agreement, the privacy policy, and the risk questionnaire — each with the date on record, the computed due date, and a clear Current / Due soon / Overdue / Missing status. Advisors see their own clients; admins see the whole firm and can filter by master account. Bounced invites are flagged in red so a broken email address never hides behind a quiet cell.

Watchlists are saved to your account

v1.1.192026-08-29

Chart watchlists now live in your Klerity account instead of a single browser. They follow you across devices and browsers, survive cleared browser data, and your existing lists upload themselves automatically the first time you open Charts.

Charts remember where you left off

v1.1.182026-08-29

Leave the Charts page and come back: the chart now returns to the same spot and zoom level you were looking at, instead of resetting to the full view. Charts also carry a subtle Klerity watermark, and this What’s New card is larger and resizable — drag its bottom-right corner to read back through the history.

Draw price levels on charts

v1.1.172026-08-28

Mark the prices you care about: the new Draw button on Charts pins horizontal levels at any price — click to place one, click it again to remove it, and right-click the chart to clear them all. Levels are labeled on the price axis, remembered per symbol, and there when you come back.

Charts refresh themselves

v1.1.162026-08-28

Price charts now keep themselves current: intraday views refresh about every minute during market hours and daily views every few minutes, with studies recalculated on every update — no more reloading the page mid-session. A quiet "updated" stamp on the chart shows exactly how fresh the data is, and refreshing pauses automatically while the tab is in the background.

Your benchmarks, on the chart

v1.1.152026-08-28

Charts can now overlay any of your firm's custom benchmarks. Pick one from the new Benchmark menu and it appears as a dashed percentage-change line beside the price — built from the same split-adjusted prices as every other line on the chart, so an apples-to-apples comparison is guaranteed. Available on daily and weekly views, and your selection is remembered.

Know when an RTQ email bounces

v1.1.142026-08-27

Risk questionnaire invites are now tracked end to end. Each assessment shows exactly which email address the invite went to, and if the mail server rejects the message you will see an "Email bounced" flag with the reason on the client's RTQ page — no more wondering whether a quiet questionnaire ever arrived. Resending clears the flag and tracks the new send.

Compare symbols on one chart

v1.1.132026-08-26

Overlay up to six symbols on any chart with the new Compare button — each appears as a colored percentage-change line alongside the main security, so relative performance is obvious at a glance. Remove any overlay from its chip on the chart. Comparisons are remembered.

Wider charts, dark view

v1.1.122026-08-26

The Charts page gets its header back and now uses the full width of your screen — drag the divider beside the watchlist to give the chart even more room. A new Dark toggle switches the chart to a terminal-style dark view. All sizes and the theme are remembered.

Charts move up front

v1.1.112026-08-26

Charts now has its own place in the left menu, and the chart area is resizable — drag the handle beneath it to any height, or click "Fill window" to use every pixel below the header. Your preferred size is remembered.

Charts that know your research

v1.1.102026-08-26

Price charts now show your firm’s research in context: filings, alerts, and weekly reports appear as markers on the chart — click a marked day to see what happened and jump straight to it. Plus watchlists with live quotes on the Charts tab, and one-click chart links from Securities, News, Alerts, and report pages.

Interactive price charts

v1.1.92026-08-26

A new Charts tab in Research brings professional candlestick charting: multiple timeframes, volume, moving averages, RSI, Bollinger Bands and stochastics in resizable panes, ticker search, and ratio charts (type one symbol divided by another) for comparing related securities.

Research settings & disclosures

v1.1.82026-08-26

Firm admins get one place to tune the research module — alert sensitivity, weekly report coverage, morning digest recipients and send time, and AI model selection — and compliance can now author and activate the client disclosure wording directly from the approvals tab.

Client-ready research reports

v1.1.72026-08-26

Approved research reports can now be published as a polished client PDF: firm-only details are removed automatically, your firm’s disclosures are included, every published copy is stored permanently, distributions are logged, and corrections go through a fresh compliance review while the original stays on record.

Research approvals queue

v1.1.62026-08-26

Compliance reviewers get an Approvals tab listing pending research releases, a review panel with the full citation trail and approve / request changes / reject actions, a to-do badge in the navigation, and a weekly reminder for anything waiting too long.

Compliance review for research releases

v1.1.52026-08-25

Research reports now follow a formal release path: a readiness checklist (citations, client perspective, disclosures), a compliance officer assignment in firm settings, and an approval queue with a permanent audit trail before anything leaves the firm.

Research reports as PDF

v1.1.42026-08-25

Weekly research reports can now be opened as a branded PDF — cover page, full narrative with numbered sources, and an internal-use footer on every page.

Edit weekly research reports

v1.1.32026-08-25

Reports can now be edited section by section before release — refine the narrative, write the client perspective, and manage risks; edits to cited claims are flagged for re-confirmation.
